Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On November 28, 2016, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved a $181,000 increase to the base salary for Mr. Derek Leathers in recognition of his additional responsibilities resulting from his promotion to President and Chief Executive Officer on May 10, 2016. Effective December 9, 2016, Mr. Leathers’ base salary will be $700,000 per year.
