On November 18, 2016, Bojangles’, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, effective November 14, 2016, its board of directors appointed Laura Roberts as Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Compliance Officer for the Company and its subsidiaries.
