On November 3, 2016, Richard A. Boone was appointed as a director of Rhino GP LLC. Mr. Boone has served as President of Rhino GP LLC since September 2016 and prior to that as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2014. Mr. Boone is party to an employment agreement in his capacity as President of Rhino GP LLC, and will not receive any compensation in his capacity as a director of Rhino GP LLC.
