On November 9, 2016, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing, in connection with the previously announced spin-off of its subsidiary International Seaways, Inc. (“INSW”), INSW’s senior management team and board of directors following the completion of the spin-off. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
