Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 31, 2016, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Comstock Mining Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Robert C. Kopple as a member of the Board, effective October 31, 2016. Mr. Kopple’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
