Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On September 7, 2016 Danielle Brogan, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Spok Holdings, Inc. and subsidiaries (the “Company”), resigned her positions effective September 23, 2016. Ms. Brogan is leaving for another business opportunity. Shawn Endsley, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will be assuming the responsibilities of Chief Accounting Officer.
