Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (Bank) has entered into a settlement agreement with certain defendants in connection with the Bank’s private-label mortgage-backed securities litigation for the amount of $236 million (after netting certain legal fees and expenses).  The Bank’s litigation continues against various issuers, dealers and underwriters.  For additional information on the litigation, see “Part II. Item I. Legal Proceedings” in the Bank’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2016.
