Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On June 28, 2016, Fenix Parts, Inc. issued a press release reporting its first quarter 2016 results, which was furnished as an Exhibit 99.1 to a Form 8-K filed on June 29, 2016. On June 29, 2016, the Company issued a press release with a correction to the previously issued and furnished press release. A copy of the corrected press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
