On May 27, 2016, First Community Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Martyn A. Pell, President of the Company’s subsidiary, First Community Bank (the “Bank”), is resigning his position with the Bank and its board of directors. Gary R. Mills, the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume the title and duties of president.
