Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 30, 2016, we issued a press release announcing (i) our entering into an Amended and Restated Multicurrency Credit Agreement with Bank of Montreal as lender and BMO Harris Bank N.A., as administrative agent, letter of credit issuer and lender, and (ii) our filing of Form 12b-25 in connection with the late filing of our Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2015 on form 10-K. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
