On March 25, 2016, Messrs. Youjun Lian, Tao Tsang and Jason Chen informed the Board of Directors of THT Heat Transfer Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) that they resigned as the Company’s directors, effective immediately. Their resignations are not in connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter.
