On March 16, 2016, SMTC Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for its 2015 fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 3, 2016, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
On March 17, 2016, SMTC Corporation held a teleconference announcing its financial results for its 2015 fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 3, 2016. A transcript of this teleconference is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
