On February 18, 2016, Joe Guido resigned from his position as the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development of Hansen Medical, Inc. ("Hansen"), effective as of February 19, 2016. Hansen does not intend to hire a replacement for the role, and all of Mr. Guido’s operating responsibilities will be assumed by other members of the Hansen team.
