This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (Bank) on November 20, 2015, to add information about the Committees of the Bank's Board of Directors (Board) on which directors Kevin Murray and Craig G. Blunden will serve in 2016.
The Board has appointed these directors to the Board's Committees as follows:
Kevin Murray - Chair of the Risk Committee; Vice Chair of the Governance Committee; Member of the Technology, External Affairs, and Finance Committees.
Craig G. Blunden - Chair of the External Affairs Committee; Member of the Affordable Housing, Audit, Finance, and Member Services Committees.
