On January 4, 2016, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. issued a press release mourning the passing of Wayne M. Rogers, Director. Mr. Rogers had been a member of Vishay's Board of Directors since 2006. A copy of the release is included as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
