Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 23, 2015, BankFinancial Corporation (the “Company”) awarded a total of 536,459 stock options to officers, including a total of 440,584 stock options to the Company’s executive officers.
The grants were made in accordance with the terms of the Company’s 2006 Equity Incentive Plan, which was previously approved by the Company’s stockholders. Options have an exercise price of $12.99 per share.
