Avangrid, Inc. (the “Company”) delivered a webcast conference call with financial analysts on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, beginning at 12:00 p.m. eastern time. The Company’s executive management presented an update on the Company followed by a question and answer session. Interested parties, including analysts, investors and the media, were able to listen live via the internet by logging onto the investor relations section of the Company’s website at http:// www.avangrid.com. Institutional investors could access the call via Thomson Street Events (www.streetevents.com), a password-protected event management site. A copy of the Company’s presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
