Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 30, 2015, McGraw Hill Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will commence a process to explore strategic alternatives for J.D. Power, a global marketing information services company providing performance improvement, social media and customer satisfaction insights and solutions.
