Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 16, 2015, Gopher Protocol Inc. (the “Company”) filed a patent titled “Method, system and computer software for advertisement, using symbols as characters interface”. The Company intends to develop the technology contemplated by this patent as a component of the GopherInsight™ platform, a new integrated circuit technology being developed by the Company as the next-generation mobile systems.

The patent describes the advertisement method, system and computer software for all types of media including newspapers, magazines, publications, software, mobile software or any type of typed or written (text and graphical based) material that will allow advertisement symbols in any desired place within the media page and may also replace typical text or graphic characters in the media page.
