On October 20, 2015, Electronics For Imaging, Inc. announced preliminary financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished under Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.

A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
