On September 16, 2015, the Company issued a press release, attached as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it had received notice from the Nasdaq Listing qualifications Department that it had regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing rule 5250(c)(1) by filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Form 10-Q for the second quarter 2015.
