Item 7.01. Other Events.
On August 17, 2015, MainSource Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its wholly owned bank subsidiary, MainSource Bank, completed its purchase of five branches from Old National Bank (“ONB”). The purchased branches are located in Batesville, Brownstown, Portland and Richmond, Indiana, and Union City, Ohio.
On August 17, 2015, the Company also announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $.14 per share payable on September 15, 2015 to common shareholders of record as of September 4, 2015.
