Our member, Springer Electric Cooperative, Inc., as required by our bylaws, provided certification to us that effective August 1, 2015 such member has elected Donald Schutz to replace Gerald Seward as the director representing such member on our Board of Directors. Mr. Schutz will serve on the External Affairs-Member Relations Committee.
