KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that Joseph F. Puishys, President and Chief Executive Officer of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”), whose signature appears below hereby constitutes and appoints James S. Porter and Patricia A. Beithon, and each of them, the undersigned’s true and lawful attorneys-in-fact and agents, each acting alone, with the powers of substitution and revocation, for the undersigned and in the undersigned’s name, place and stead, in any and all capacities, to sign the Company’s Form 10-Q Quarterly Report Pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 for the Quarterly Period ended May 30, 2015, related Certification of Chief Executive Officer pursuant to Rule 13a-14(a) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and related Certification of Chief Executive Officer pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
