In connection with the Annual Report of Heavy Earth Resources, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), on Form 10-K for the year ending December 31, 2013, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), Grant Draper, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, certifies to the best of his knowledge, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1350, as adopted pursuant to § 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that:
