WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. Declares 7th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend
RESTON, VA - May 19, 2015 - WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: WFBI), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of five cents ($0.05) per share payable on July 1, 2015, to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2015. The dividend payout will be approximately $480,000 on 9.6 million shares of voting and non-voting common stock. While the Company expects to continue to declare and pay quarterly cash dividends in the future, any such dividend would be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company and would be subject to applicable federal and state regulatory limitations.
