| (b) | On May 13, 2015, Thomas F. O’Neill notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of MISONIX, INC. (the “Company”) that he was resigning from the Board of the Company effective immediately. Mr. O’Neill served as a Director of the Company since 2003. Mr. O’Neill’s resignation was not the subject of any disagreement with the Company. |
