On April 17, 2015, BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results at and for the three months ended March 31, 2015.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission and shall not be deemed filed for any purpose.

On April 15, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.14 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of May 1, 2015 and is expected to be paid on or about May 15, 2015.
