Item 8.01. Other Events.
Due to inclement weather affecting travel schedules, the presentation by EnteroMedics Inc. (the “Company”) at the 17th Annual BIO CEO & Investor Conference scheduled for February 9, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, has been cancelled. As previously announced, the Company will host a conference call with investors on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time to discuss financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2014 and to provide an update on the commercialization of the Company’s VBLOC Therapy, delivered via the Maestro System.
