Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

(“BBCN” or the “Company”) is furnishing hereunder the presentation slides which management will be using during its meetings with institutional investors at the FIG Partners 6th Annual West Coast Bank CEO Forum on February 5, 2015 in San Francisco and the Sterne Agee 2015 Financial Institutions Investor Conference February 11-13, 2015 in Boca Raton. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
