Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 15, 2014, Glenn Goulet resigned his position as Chief Executive Officer of Table Trac effective immediately.
Also on December 15, 2014, the Board of Directors of Table Trac appointed Brian Hinchley to serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hinchley currently serves as Table Trac’s Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since June 3, 2011.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
Table Trac issued a press release on December 19, 2014 to announce the appointment of Mr. Hinchley as Interim Chief Executive Officer. A copy of Table Trac’s press release dated December 19, 2014 is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
