On December 2, 2014, Christopher D. Pappas, President and Chief Executive Officer of Trinseo S.A. (the “Company”), will speak at the Citi Basic Materials Conference and will use the slides furnished herewith, or portions thereof, during his presentation and in one or more meetings with investors and analysts.
The Company’s participation in the conference was previously announced by press release on November 26, 2014 and a copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company has posted the presentation slides to the Company’s Investor Relations website. A copy of the presentation materials is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
