(e) On September 22, 2014, the Compensation Committee of our board of directors revised the compensation arrangement of Charles R. Elliott, our Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer, effective January 1, 2014, to pay him $3,000 per month in lieu of the $70 hourly rate at which he was previously compensated.
