Michael S. Webster, the Executive Vice President and General Manager – Americas of Kelly Services, Inc. (the “Company”), is covered by the terms and conditions of the Company’s Executive Severance Plan dated April 4, 2006, as amended November 8, 2007 (the “Plan”). Effective as of December 31, 2014, Mr. Webster’s employment with the Company will end and, pursuant to the provisions of the Plan, he will be entitled to compensation and benefits as set forth therein.
