On October 24, 2014, National Penn Bancshares, Inc., parent company of National Penn Bank, completed the acquisition of TF Financial Corporation, parent company of 3rd Fed Bank. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
