Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Trinity Capital Corporation ("Trinity") and Los Alamos National Bank (the "Bank") announced that on October 9, 2014, Deborah U. Johnson informed the boards of directors of Trinity and the Bank of her intent not to stand for re-election as a director for either board. Ms. Johnson's decision to not stand for re-election was not the result of a disagreement with the Company or the Bank. Ms. Johnson's term as director will end upon the election of directors at the next annual meeting of shareholders.
