(b) On September 26, 2014, Mr. John W. Prosser, Jr., Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, and principal financial officer of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (the “Company”) announced his intention to retire as an executive of the Company near the end of calendar year 2014.
