ITEM 8.01 - Other Events.
On September 8, 2014, Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company contributed 250,000 shares of Magnetek common stock to its defined benefit pension plan. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
