Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 19, 2014, the registrant's chief executive officer and chief financial officer met with several existing and potential investors and used the presentation materials furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

The registrant, Oplink Communications, Inc. ("Oplink") plans to file a proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") in connection with the solicitation of proxies by Oplink.
