Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 12, 2014, SMTC Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second quarter ended June 29, 2014, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
On August 13, 2014, SMTC Corporation held a teleconference announcing its financial results for its second quarter ended June 29, 2014. A transcript of this teleconference is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
