Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective August 6, 2014, Mr. Ibrahim (Abe) Ash resigned from all offices of the Registrant and its wholly-owned subsidiaries held by him, including President of Remote Aerial Detection Systems, Inc., one of the Registrant’s wholly-owned subsidiaries.
