On July 25, 2014, First Banks, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 5.07 | Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. |
At a Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Company that was held on July 25, 2014, Ms. Ellen Dierberg Milne was unanimously elected as a director of the Company by the shareholders entitled to vote on such matter. Ms. Milne was elected to serve a one-year term and until her successor has been duly elected and qualified for office.
The Company issued a press release on July 25, 2014 announcing the election of Ms. Milne, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
