On July 9, 2014, Cott Corporation issued a press release announcing the expiration of the previously announced cash tender offer and consent solicitation by its wholly owned subsidiary, Cott Beverages Inc., for any and all of its 8.125% senior notes due 2018. A copy of the press release is filed and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
