On June 24, 2014, the Board of Directors of Ameris Bancorp (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on July 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of July 7, 2014. Future dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
