Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 3, 2014, Crailar Technologies Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing that Georgia-Pacific has exercised its option to extend its Material Supply Agreement with CRAiLAR. The extension provides Georgia-Pacific with exclusivity to use CRAiLAR fibers in non-woven products through December 2021.

A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
