On April 28, 2014, TX Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these financial results and other information regarding its financial condition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
