Gigamon Inc. Announces Chief Financial Officer Transition

Santa Clara, CALIF., April 28, 2014Gigamon® Inc. (NYSE:GIMO), a leader in traffic visibility solutions with the innovative Visibility Fabric™ architecture, today announced that Duston Williams has informed the company of his intention to step down as chief financial officer to take a new position with a privately held company. Mr. Williams will continue in his role at Gigamon until June 6, 2014, and will remain available in an advisory capacity through August 30, 2014 working on transition and other matters. The Gigamon board of directors has launched a search to replace Mr. Williams. Following Mr. William’s departure, Ravi Narula, Gigamon’s chief accounting officer, will serve as the interim chief financial officer until a permanent replacement is found. Mr. Narula has been serving as Gigamon’s chief accounting officer since 2013 and vice president, corporate controller since 2012. Prior to joining Gigamon, Mr. Narula held a number of finance and accounting roles for other publicly traded technology companies, including serving as chief financial officer at BigBand Networks, Inc.
