Vitacost.com Sets Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders

BOCA RATON, Fla., March 25, 2014 –Vitacost.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:VITC), a leading online retailer of healthy living products, announced today that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2014 in Boca Raton, Florida. The Company's Board of Directors has fixed April 23, 2014 as the record date for the Annual Meeting. The Company intends to nominate for election all incumbent directors who are currently serving on the Board.
