Marketo, Inc. has scheduled its 2014 annual meeting of stockholders to be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014.  The time and location of the 2014 annual meeting will be provided in our definitive proxy statement relating to the 2014 annual meeting, which is expected to be mailed to stockholders beginning on or about April 25, 2014.  The record date for determining eligibility to vote at the 2014 annual meeting will be April 23, 2014.
