In a press release dated February 3, 2014, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the text of which is incorporated by reference herein, Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (“RGA”) announced that it will host a conference for institutional investors and analysts at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Additional details, including live audio webcast information, will be provided closer to the date of the event and on RGA’s website at www.rgare.com.
